Law firms & SACCOs
Institutional pricing for conveyancing practices, credit teams, and portfolio-level verification is by arrangement. Rates depend on volume, service level, and integration requirements.

Our pricing discipline
We charge a fixed fee whether we attest or note a concern. If we verify a parcel and find a clean title, the fee is as stated above. If we find an encumbrance, a discrepancy, or an anomaly, the fee is identical. We do not reduce fees for negative findings. The fixed fee is the mechanism that keeps our findings independent.
Published rates and contracted rates are always identical. What you see on this page is what appears in your service agreement. If we ever quote you a rate that differs from what is published here, contact us and we will correct it.
Annual pre-payment is the only permissible cash discount. A 5% discount is available if an annual monitoring subscription is paid in full at signing. No other cash discounts are offered or accepted.
